A masterful vocalist and educator, Jhoana Valdez is one of the most respected voices in the Filipino-Canadian music scene. She is a Royal Conservatory of Music Gold Medalist Teacher (2013), an RCM Certified Instructor, and holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education and a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from the prestigious University of the Philippines Diliman.

Her classical training and commanding vocal range have taken her to stages across the GTA, including as an opener for legendary bands like AEGIS. Beyond the spotlight, she is the founder and mentor behind JV Bel Canto Studios, where she continues to coach, train, and elevate the next generation of singers.

Jhoana doesn’t just hear singing — she hears technique, placement, breath control, and authenticity. She will be listening for the full picture — artistry, discipline, and heart.
